• Support sales team on order projection and ensure capacity is properly allocated.
• Receive PR from Sales department – Checks all information are available in SAP, get an official approval of Business Managers on the PR. Create PO/ SO in SAP system. Send to supplier and get the order confirmation or acknowledgement.
• Follows ups with Supplier- Brenntag's Sales- Customers until having final agreements among 3 partners.
• Daily follows up order status and record all documents, put into SAP system: Lead time of shipment, shipping schedule, payment time, etc....
• Support to customer in goods receiving by contacting forwarding agency to get goods arrival schedule, contacting supplier or insurance agency to claim of goods quality, goods package, etc. Finishes PO on SAP.
• Monitoring data management to keep accurate product, contract, pricing and invoicing information.
• Closely working with suppliers, forwarding agency, sales team, customers to improve the operation and reduce cost arising.
• Negotiating contracts, incoterms, advise to sale team to reduce cost and achieve maximum efficiency.
• Providing accurate routing information to ensure that delivery time and location are coordinated.
• Estimate calculating total supply chain cost in relation to proposed new win business of sales team.
• Obtaining quotes for transportation and also making cost comparisons.
• Reporting stocks availability to sales team, inventory control, follows up stocks on hand, stocks on transit of regular order such as expiry date, slow moving stocks, then notice or sales promptly. Procurement for buffet stocks, logistics and distribution.
• Coordinate with Master Data and planning, Accounting dept., Import team, Sale order delivery to ensure effective order process and management
