For more than 15 years’ experience working in a number of industries such as tourism and hospitality; the bank; wholesale and retail distribution; FMCG and NGOs at a senior position, I went through a lot of work-related activities from strategic to implementation of marketing, branding, PR & corporate communication and sales. Most recently, I was working for Vingroup. The first job when I joined Vingroup, I worked as Marketing Director for Vincom Retailers; my main job is to develop brand and marketing strategy, yearly marketing plan, I also set up a new working model for marketing functions, provide training and guidelines ... Work closely with key stakeholders such as Directors of Shopping Mall/Center / Plaza, key tenants to development 12 months marketing campaign calendar to support sales growth and targeted footfall. Then, as assignment of Vice President, I moved to Vinpearl Management Company as Marketing Director, here, I also began to build the basic platform for the marketing strategy, re-build 12 month marketing program, restructured marketing team and rebuilding work processes between marketing and related department and within marketing department.
