After 2 years working in professional service industry where I worked for Deloitte Vietnam as a Business Advisory & ING USA as a Financial Consultant (both are among the Fortune 500 companies), I decided to start my own journey with an education startup - Everest Education. Everest Education was established in 2011, under the model of a social enterprise, with the mission to transform how education is delivered in Vietnam. Together with 3 other co-founders, we've successfully built an organization with 4 locations in Vietnam & US (District 1, District 2, District 7 in Ho Chi Minh city and Los Angeles in US), served 1000+ students cumulatively, and achieved 5 million USD market evaluation after 4 years.

Everest Education is one of the first educational organizations in Vietnam dedicated to personalizing learning. We don’t force students into a "one-size fits all" program that’s too difficult for some and too easy for others. Instead, we’ve developed our own blended learning approach that customizes instruction to reach each student in their zone of proximal development. Our offering includes supplementary courses in math, English, test preparation, computer programming, private tutoring, and STEAM camps (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Math). We are also running a number of social & not-for-profit initiatives to provide free English training to hearing-impaired students or hardware development to high school students in Ho Chi MInh.

In 2016, I left my executive roles at E2 and launched a new training academy named G.A.P Institute. G.A.P Institute serves as a platform connecting young professionals and college students and specializes in preparing the college students achieve a career success. G.A.P Institutes provides training services in English, Professional Skills, Practical Knowledge, and Career Mentoring. Despite being in the early phase where products are still under development process, G.A.P successfully created impacts to nearly 1000 students.

In addition to Everest Education & G.A.P Institute, I am holding the leadership role of Global Shapers Ho Chi Minh city (as a Hub curator), an initiative of World Economic Forum. Global Shapers HCMC is conducting 10+ social projects on Education, Startup & Entrepreneurship, and Art & Culture and has served 2000+ students in a career orientation project called Step Up, 500+ startup founders in a number of entrepreneurial platforms, and 10 million Saigoneses in a city redesign project called Saigon Makeover.

Finally, I have 100+ hours of speaking engagement and workshop facilitation, specialized in youth development, leadership training, etc. I am currently in the Board of Advisor of AIESEC FTU, in the Board of Director of Momentum Program - a project by VietSeed foundation, and mentorship to 5+ student-run and/or non-profit organizations (SEO Vietnam, UNESCO, Tomago Education, IM Venture, GRACE Camp, etc.)
