1.Controlling & Monitoring
-Control G&A, marketing, payroll and investment budgets for the whole company: check all payment requests/procurement sheets/investment requisition… to ensure all are in line with budget;
Give management advisory on how to improve spending against budget;
-Work closely with Accounting department for matters related to expense/cost allocation to ensure the actual reports are prepared correctly;
2.Operative planning
- Deal with other departments for OP related matters, including Sales, G&A, Marketing expenses, Payroll and investments;
- Be the key person responsible for annual budgets, revised budgets (EAs) of G&A, marketing and investments;
Assist Accounting department in matters related to expense allocation and investment recognition; Impact planning on G&A, marketing and investment
3.Reporting
- Prepare monthly expense and investment reports (actual against budget) for all departments and the whole company;
- Deal with all departments for matters related to those reports;
- Involve in preparing other ad-hoc reports on a case-by-case basis;
- Assist other Controllers in preparation of other monthly report;
Communicate with Accounting department for matters related to management reports.

- Monitoring cash flows at branches and make number of relevant accounting book entries.
- Settling formalities for Tax Refund according to Agreement of Avoidance of Double Tax .
