RECRUITMENT SERVICE
- Attracted job applicants by well-prepared job descriptions and posted job ads on recruitment websites.
- Searched potential candidates based on job specifications by screening their resumes/CVs in the sufficient database & other sources.
- Pre-assessed candidates by interviewing via phone to find out their career aspiration & have a clear, true idea of their skills, abilities, experiences, personality.
- Formatted qualified CVs into the company’s standard form and submitted them to clients.
