Summary

I am a self-motivated individual with burning desire to success in life. My passion is to do business in construction industry with stable development principle by setting up disciplinary culture in daily activities to build great company. My strength is to develop strategic and innovative solutions to create and deliver value to target market.

I have a deep and diverse understanding of construction industry in Vietnam through 10 working years in various circumstances and managing many responsibilities.

I have ability to work cross-functionally to develop the company’s growth plan, to coordinate and execute growth programs, to optimize revenue funnel.

Knowledge

Deeply understand socio-economic of Vietnam: economic growth, policy, economic environment, industrial performance.

Understand the philosophy and business culture of the Companies from Western to Eastern.

Understand systematically the modern management, product management, brand management, customer management.

In-depth knowledge of construction project: BIM process in design and construction management, civil and structural engineering, National Standards: TCVN, BS, ASTM, ACI, AASHTO.

Understand commercial and cost management.

Working Experience (Total - 10 years)

Started a part-time job at construction site in Binh Duong province in 2004 when I was a second year student at construction faculty in Polytechnic University – Ho Chi Minh National University.

I have been experiencing various positions in the construction industry such as: Site supervisor, Qa/qc assistant, Qa/qc Manager, Senior site Engineer, Technical manager, Business Development Manager.
