Since 26th June 2001, after graduation from the National Police Academy, I have worked for the Investigation Police Agency (belong to the Public Security Ministry of Vietnam) – the leading force about law enforcement in Vietnam for over 12 years as a senior investigator and a reconnaissance commander on the crimes prevention. During this period, I have worked as a procedure-conducting specialist of the central procedure-conducting bodies for crime prevention with many years of law experience. At the same time, I have worked as a senior law consultant for the enterprises, various agencies, organizations and citizens to reach to the law enforcement strictly. In 2014, I have transferred to work as the law enforcement coordinator of the WCS - a non-governmental organization of New York to reduce the international environmental criminal. Currently, I have been working as the Lawyer - Legal Director - Senior Assistant of the Board of Management of the UNET joint-stock Group where I have been winning at challenging of legal and management of an International enterprise system. I have 15 years of experiences in legal counseling, legal processing, and law enforcement. I have the Law consultant skills, Legal representative skills, Procedure-conducting skills, Court adversarial skills, Contract negotiation skills, Legal drafting skills, High-tech investigation skills, Secret reconnaissance skills… I have graduated excelling as an International Law Enforcement Coordinator of the Vietnam government in Bangkok, Pattaya and Chiang Mai by the Interpol, CIA and DEA of the USA and the Thailand Royal Police. I have graduated with an honors on investigation science and have been ordained the Senior Investigator of the Public Security Ministry - the equivalent of a skilled lawyer.
I have been exempted from lawyer training in accordance with the Article 13 of the Law on Lawyers.
I have been also learning English regularly, emphasis to the English legal document establishment. I am a good result of the accumulation over 15 years of experiences include the intensive law consultant skills base on the full law research skills and the professional law enforcement skills with the nonstop progress desire go to succeed in law job and enterprise management. Review all contracts or any other documentation where the Company has committed itself and assess legal implications that need to be brought to the executive management’s attention. 6.2. Prepare, review and modify contractual instruments to assist and support various business activities.
6.3. Negotiate, review and draft documentation for business transactions and prepare and advise on the necessary checklist to be adopted to ensure information is submitted on time. 7.
