    As HR Country Lead, I am accountable for all HR functions in Vietnam. I am reporting to the Country Manager and dotted line reporting to Region HR Director. The operations in Vietnam include a manufacturing plant in Binh Duong with 60 headcounts and oil service activities in Vung Tau/Ho Chi Minh city with 60-70 headcounts including 10 expatriates.
