She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management and was ranked on top 5 excellent students across University. From the very first stage, she found her great passion in HR and consistently pursuits her career in this field.

Hien started her career as HR to one of the top HR Service provider in Vietnam, handling recruitment and training for internal personnel. As a dynamic and challenging person, she took steps to be a HR officer to new set-up apparel manufacturing company wherein she was responsible for organization development and being an effective partner for the front office – sales force. Seeing her strength in both HR and sales field, Hien decided to join N.A. TOPJOBS as Leader of the Sales & Marketing Team which specializes in placing senior positions in many areas including FMCG, Consumer, Animal Heath, Industrial, Construction, Chemical, Household and Electricity.
