Job description:
• Directly manage audit engagements;
• Preparing the audit strategy Plan;
• Assigning tasks to staffs based on the their experience, importance and complexity of the works, give guidance and monitoring works of team members;
• Manage the process of delivering services timely to ensure matters arising during the audit are timely detected and solved;
• Directly performing other tasks as assigned by Audit Partner incharge;
• Ensuring that audit procedures are complied with Stardand on Auditing, term of contract, quality control review policy and the audit plan;
• Proposed solution to handle matters arised during the audit to Audit Partner incharge and supporting the Audit Partner in making the best solutions;
• Reviewing the audit file including planning memorandum, working papers, audit report, management letter and summary memorandum;
• Advise the client the complex issue to comply with Accounting standards, Vietnam Accounting Regimes as well as tax regulation in Vietnam;
• Involving new staff recruiment process;
• Coaching staff by given training courses;
• Establishing and maintaining effective working relationship with the Client;
• Developing new client
