Major duties & Responsibilities :

• Administration :

- Running the factory by implementing effective systems & procedures : 4M : ( MATERIALS / MACHINES / MEN / METHOD ), 5S and ISO .
- Monitoring and co-operate with production sections to ensure that product factory will go correctly, smoothly and have the report in time within the reason and way of solving in product to advise the superior.
- Supervising, speeding up production team follow up the factory production with high result and support them when having the issues .
- Identifies the causes of production factory delay then takes corrective action or discuss with supperior more another actions .
- Daily business co-respondant / communicate with Oversea Clients to keep them posted the status of their orders / shipments / samples .
- Manage all international imports & export legal / Business licences / Business Agreement / local public authority relationship.
- Monitor the showroom .
- Oversea exhibition arrangment .
- To settle all the problems with suppliers ( woods such as acasia, white oak, ash, poplar, beech, mahogany, cherry, pine, birch, walnut . . ./ paint chemical / carton box / veneer / sanding / PE sheet / glue / hand tool / machines / nail . . .)
- To work with vendors on the high level issues such as R&D/ technical drawing / production structure / colour finishing / packing / delivery schedule . . .
- Manage all finances such as AR & AP / tax report : VAT-INCOME TAX / account balance / payment terms negotiation / cost control / Finance / budget operation .
- HR : Recruitment planning / Trainning / Salary & Bonus strategy / Insurance / Labour contracts etc .
- Arrange the hotel / transportation / visa / airport pick-up for all Oversea Clients to factory .

• Shipping / Supply Chain Management & Logistics :

- Stock & materials management .
- Keep relationship with suppliers / Vendors / sub-contractors for smooth delivery .
- Monitoring and supporting factory to effectively control the daily, weekly, monthly production output, on hand material stocks, working schedule order, input and output report .
- Work with International Freight Fowardings / Shipping Lines / Airlineson on booking, customs clearance, trucking, container loading, fumigation, transhipment, claims, Bill of lading, Shipping certificate, arrival notice . . .
- To coordinate with stock control team in follow up material schedule issues ( Main items, Hardware, carton, pallet . . . ) to ensure material enough for factory production before orders released for production .
- Arrange the transportation schedule for shipments and samples by sea / air.
- Develop cost reduction strategies and programs, Analyse existing operating methods for Customers and develop new mothods to improve economy & quality .

• Trade development :

- Manage key accounts, follow-up orders / offers / claims / receive and handle PO / customer service .
- New product development / Quality assurance .
- Develop the customer base on enrich the customer resources .
- Marketing & Sales activities .
