1. Planning for pharmacy retails:
- Running Master Planning and Master Scheduling to calculate Purchasing Plan on Microsoft Dynamics AX System R12.
- Make Plan to order for new stores and current stores (over 75 stores at current).
- Check on-hand of Warehouse, all stores and open orders to chase suppliers.
- Manage over 300 vendors including revenue to achieve commision for company.
- Create and adjust Min/Max for stores to ensure that goods will be transfered on time for stores.
- Calculate historical sales data to increase revenue and transaction for all stores.
- Make Plan to ensure CCC (Cash Conversion Cycle) of company and Inventory Day is below 75 days.
- Create and ensure to complete KPIs for team Purchasing.
2. Managing Purchasing Team:
- Manage 04 people to purchase including FMCG (Men Care, Health Care, Baby Care,...) and Medicine (Rx, OTC, Vitamin, Herbal,...)
- Training for new staffs and coordinate to ensure that they can develop and dedicate with full of capacity.
- Cooperate with Finance Team to solve Credit limit and overdue debt.
- Create and evalute service level of all suppliers and surely that they deliver goods on time.
- Innovation to reduce OOS (Out-of-stock) of Warehouse and store.
- Support Chief Commercial Officer to report and evalute sitution of goods in system of Pharmacity.
- Work with Business Intelligence Team to build reports for department.

1. Managing purchasing section:
- Manage and control all purchasing activities of Tay Ninh Dairy Farms including procedure innovation, optimized prices
- Market investigation and strategy sourcing, making plan cycle to develop material area for the farm (rice straw, green grass and fresh corns) with over 1.000 ha/ year.
- Cooperate with other cross-functional teams to operate purchasing process, end-to-end purchasing smoothly and fast (Technical Dept., Accounting Dept., etc.)
- Key person to be continuous improvements in purchasing process/ operation and propose to procedure lean.
2. Vendor management:
- Evaluate supplier’s ability and develop global & local vendors focusing on CAPEX, OPEX, MRO, direct and indirect purchasing such as animal feed, veterinary medicine, chemical and technical equipment (production material).
- To be continuous improvements and to monitor to save costs through global sourcing and local content, ensure all goods and services (production materials) are purchasing achieving the objectives: best value, in-time delivery, highest quality
