Graduating from one of national universities with the advance of being a member in association with international education, I got huge chances to approach modern methods of working and connecting with foreigners professionally. Especially, I am entirely fond of speaking English so as to make me practice regularly and never giving up a shot of improving it better and better.
I believe constantly that to be a successful employee in near future, it needs to be combined 2 key elements which are knowledge and experience. Therefore, for the fresh-men like me, I did not hesitate to hunt a job after directly graduating.
The first position I got was involved in customer service department in one of branch of Rocket Internet (Foodpanda). They created opportunities for me to close such kind of e-commerce. One greatest trait I loved badly in this job is to take care of customers; significantly those are foreigners which are a target I really want to work with.
In my consciousness, I strongly suppose that my biggest strength is a communication skill, that means, somehow in some case I am attractive drastically by dealing and negotiating with partners to lead an agreement. That was totally awesome!
Hence, I changed my job to be a sale and marketing executive in an employment agency. To be a member of a Japanese company, I am so grateful to investigate a variety of workplace cultures and team work spirits. In addition, dealing with potential employers and approaching talented jobseekers to point out their needs as well as fulfill their expectations are huge splendid experience I’ve ever had before.
Nevertheless, In a competitive market with hundreds of talented candidates, I realized that I lack of dozens of skills and experience in order to enhance my career path. For this reason, I always keep striving hardly and eager to learn diligently to be a master of what I am doing right now.
