T.A.T Machinery Corp is one of the biggest industrial machines and tools distributors in Vietnam. Thousands of machines are sold per year through 4 locations in Ho Chi Minh, Binh Duong, Hanoi, and Danang City. Their showrooms exhibit nearly 400 machines imported from Japan, USA, Europe, Taiwan and other developed countries. The products and services are concentrated in the manufacturing industry, specialized in metalworking; sheet metal & fabrication equipment; plastic injection & die casting; industrial fluids and tools.
1/ Operations Management
• Assisted General Director (GD) in managing reports and plans for departments include: supervised the company’s and departments’ operation, attended meetings with other departments to build periodically plans.
• Participated in the planning of core human resource; training, organizing, rotating personnel to optimize company human resource.
• Assumed the prime responsibility in formulating policies and regimes, as well as proposed incentive regulations to develop human resources as well as remunerative policies for dedicating personnel. Be responsible for selecting and interviewing first round to manager candidates.

2/ Business Relationship Management
• On behalf of GD to discussed and negotiated with strategic and major suppliers, partners and customers.
• Supervised the operation of Purchasing Dept.
• Supervised the operation of Marketing Division.
• Primary responsibility for contacting with government agencies.

3/ System Management
• Primary responsibility for organizing and building management systems as well as applying management tools such as CRM, ERP into the operating system.
• Primarily responsibility for formulating and maintaining the system administration under the quality management standard ISO 9001: 2015 and OHSAS 18001.

4/ Project Management
• Coordinated with other departments to develop project documentation including: proposals, feasibility reports, promotional materials (website, fanpage, brochures...).
• Monitored and planned the project implementation progress. Assigned the tasks and responsibility for people who joined the project.
• Identified, assessed and reduced the risks of the project, advised the Board of Directors by suggesting the solution to solve the problems incurred.

Based on construction materials quarrying and trading (eg: sand, blue stone, limestone…) with family model management system, PTNC had got lots of changes after being restructured. The company also has more new business fields such as: marine and road transportation, construction and tourism real estate.
1/ Business Consultancy
• Assessed the current status of organization structure and business situation then proposed new development strategy in both short and long term.
• Built new structure and organization chart in accordance with the company's new orientation.
• Formed system of functional departments, described corresponding department’s function in new structure model.
• Consulted the Board of Directors ceasing inefficient operations and orientated new appropriate field.
• Operated and monitored company's activities in accordance with ISO 9001:2008.

2/ Recruitment – C&B Supervision
• Made strategic recruitment plan and monitored the implementation to meet the manpower needs for company business plan.
• Designed, developed and maintained the recruitment process in the organization.
• Provided leadership, supported, enhanced recruitment experience to other managers.
• Researched and recommended new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.
• Liaised with other managers to develop and implement local compensation and benefit strategies which are appropriate for company business status.
• Managed staffs in payroll, C&B and admin group.

3/ Training Operations.
• Developed, implemented, and monitored training programs within an organization.
• Created brochures and training materials.
• Prepared and implemented training budget.
• Evaluated needs of company and planned training programs accordingly.
