Tam started her own company providing Consulting & Training services in November, 2009. UNITY - Love work, Love life!

Tam has 15 years professional experience in Branding, Communications and HR Development, working for renowned Multinational companies operating in Vietnam.

Until recently, Tam was as Director of Communications and Corporate Development of Navigos Group and Vietnam Works.com. Tam also worked for Unilever, San Miguel and Prudential Vietnam.

At Unilever, her main contributions were the adaptation and implementation of a wide range of international training programs to upgrade the skills of Vietnamese employees and managers.

Tam then moved on to San Miguel as a Communications Officer. Her work focused on as building successful relations with external parties including the press and governmental agencies. She earned recognition as Employee of the Year in 1997.

Tam then spent 9 years with Prudential Vietnam: in Brand marketing and Communications where she was the first marketer of the Prudential brand in Vietnam, then in Human Resources Development. Her HR responsibilities included Training & Development of over 1000 employees as well as HR management of a sales team of 300 employees.

In 2007, Tam joined Navigos Group where she soon became the spokesperson of the company and its public face on TV and in other media. She led a lot of projects related to the development, and the promotion of the health of the group’s corporate reputation and brands.

Tam holds a BA degree in English from HCMC University of Education, a post-graduate diploma in Marketing & Communications from Swinburne University, Australia, a HR Professional diploma from SHRI, Singapore, and is currently completing her MBA in HR Management with American Heritage University. She is also a MBTI Fully Qualified and Accredited Administrator and Vietnam First Psycho-Geometrics Consultant.
