Thy is RGF's Associate Consultant of HR and Finance Practice where her key responsibility is to build up and help match potential junior-level to mid-level candidates with great job opportunities. Thy is focused and has a positive attitude which serve her well when it comes to source candidates for our clients.

Thy joined RGF in 2015 as a researcher for HR and Finance where she was in charge of enriching senior to C-level candidates network in Vietnam and the region. She understand the industry very well and contributed greatly to the team by spotting out top notch talent at multinational corporations and large local companies from different sectors in Vietnam.

Prior to joining RGF, Thy had almost two years’ working experience as Recruiter at two local recruitment firms. At these companies, she was responsible for supporting the recruitment and training team to recruit internal personnel as well as helping Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices company find the best candidate for their business. She succeeded to place several position in Sales from Junior to Middle Management level.

Thy holds Bachelor Degree, major in International Business from International University (Vietnam National University, HCMC).
