Duties:
• Manage & control the activities of Human resource & Administration Function.
• Supervises the execution and implementation of regional accountability measures and processes that enforce and ensure compliance.
• Monitors initiatives for effectiveness and cost containment.
• Responsible to develop and maintain key external relationships which may include: hiring managers, human resource professionals, industry contacts, candidates, career service centers, student lenders, subcontractor companies etc.

Duties:
Overall provision of Human resource services:
• Management timesheet & payroll.
• To ensure timely recruitment of staff to meet business needs, both for current operating units and new projects.
• Establishes salary policy, annual appraisal system.
• Set up and monitor training budget, training database.
