After graduated from Hanoi University in June, 2009 (major:Korean) I had many chances to work with people from many countries (America, Australia, China, Korea (most), Singapore…) and in various fields (architecture, construction, design, interior, IT, marketing, real-estate…and labors also) for about 2 years.

Since 2011, I've been working for Miwon Vietnam a food products manufacturing and distributing company that belongs to Daesang Corp (Korea).
- From 2011 to 2012, I've been working in Marketing Department with main tasks of assisting Korean Manager in market research, maintaining relationship with business partners and goal setting for sales part.
- In order to apply ERP system for the company, I was sent to the Project team for about 9 months with the task of Sales part management and then Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- With very good skills on computer (especially Microsoft Offices) after the system went on Go-live mode, I moved to Process Innovation Team in which I continued the SCM task and also enlarged to the Financial part (FCM). What I do is to maintain the operation of the system, assist end-users in all departments of the company with difficulties in their task and also "innovating" new processes that use the new system to make their jobs easier and more convenient. This position has given me chances to learn about main duties of all parts throughout the company such as Purchasing (Domestic and Import), Manufacturing (Processes management), Logistic (Warehouse management), Sales (Domestic and Export), Accounting (Expenses distribution)... and gained a lot of experience in management.
