Job Description

• To manage the Global Shared Service (GSS) team of +60 staffs who are providing back office support to Harvey Nash global offices such as CV searching, recruitment support, time sheet management, etc. • To manage multiple BPO projects in Harvey Nash, including Shared Service, data processing and data entry works • Working closely with Harvey Nash global offices (in US, EU) to ensure the smooth & efficient support from Vietnam

Job Requirements

1. Experience >=5 years, preferred in outsourcing business 3. Skills Strong leadership and management skill Excellent communication, both English & Vietnamese, Customer-oriented Detail-oriented with sense of responsibility Ability to handle multiple projects Excellent reporting skills & excel usage
