Job Description
Execution
- Post purchases invoices in SAP for 3 markets (China, Korea and Japan): Ensure invoices are correctly and timely input into system
- Post employees claim/ advance for the above markets: Check that claim has complied with internal rules & regulations. Timely book the payment voucher for timely payment processing.
- Produce Payable balance report & GR/IR open items reporting & analysis. Propose awareness to team members for action.
- Post reclassification of ICP invoices
- Collect, review GRN (Goods Receipt Note) and perform MIGO for VN market in SAP.
- Record the cash collection and issue output invoices for VN market.
- Ad-hoc tasks are required by the team leader.
Management
- Review AP balance report & GR/IR to highlight long outstanding balance to team & business partners. Propose/ Follow-up with partners for a solution.
- Follow-up long outstanding balance on employee advance, ensure that the advance is cleared within 2 months from advance date. Highlight to supervisor if any.
- Ensure classification of vendors & advance to the vendor is classified correctly in the Balance sheet.
- Provide ad-hoc report or analysis required by the team leader
Job Requirements
1. Requirements
- Graduated from University – specialized in Finance & Accounting.
- ACCA student is preferred
- At least 1-2 years of experience in relevant areas, strong knowledge of tax compliance
- English: fluent in speaking & writing.
2. Skills
Accounting
- Knows and applies correctly basic accounting principles and Group policies and procedures
- Posts basic accounting transactions in the system
- Identifies accounting process inefficiencies and suggests improvements
- Assist in closing related activities by ensuring all closing entries related to his/her scope are posted and controls are performed
- Provides clear explanation of documents he/she delivers
- Use the chart of accounts accurately to reflect economic transactions
- Translate basic business transactions (revenue, collection, debit notes, credit notes from customers ect.) into accounting statement, with moderate supervision
- Review and analyze accounting entries in order to ensure the Integrity and reliability of data and its compliance with internal & external accounting policies, in relation to other departments of the Group

- Respects internal control procedures & basic control processes in his/her scope

- Understands and uses properly the standard functionalities of systems required in his/her working area
