Job Description
- Responsibly control workshop around 100 workers to achieve KPI
- Supervise mixing process (of soap and shampoo materials)
- Be responsible for controlling GMP, productivity, quality, safety
- Take care ISO 9001, ISO 14001
- Be involved in process improvement
Job Requirements
- Engineering Degree in Chemistry, Technology, Electricity
- At least 3 years- experience at the same position as a team leader or supervisor
- Prefer to have experience to work at manufacturing factory in FMCG
- Good at both speaking and writing in English
- Good communication skill
- Able to work in shift
