Job Description
- Take care of Plant’s Purchase requirements (especially MRO, CAPEX, Common CAPEX, General purchases service for Plants)
- Receive Purchase Requirement from end-users, elaborate spec, sourcing suitable suppliers, collect quotations/ proceed tender, do the analysis and price comparison to finalize the most suitable supplier.
- Proceed POs and/or contracts, follow up with deliveries as per mentioned in Purchasing Procedure
- Follow up to ensure the delivery and quality are met requirement.
- Prepare vendor master and documents for payment process on time
- Process complaint to suppliers and follow till final result (if any)
- Evaluate supplier performance and have action plan to improve if needed
- Find the most possible ways to obtain cost-saving as per department and categories’ targets. Keep tracking and monthly report.
- Understand and respect all safety requirements, and deploy ICRF as per Group and Companies requirements
- Complete assigned reports and send them on time as per requests
- Understand and deploy all assigned Purchasing Etools into daily works as per guidelines and manuals.
- Have good collaborations with team members and other departments in order to deliver the best results of assigned jobs/ projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in specialized in Economics, Foreign Trade, Technical field…
- At least 2 years of working experience in similar position in and MNC organizations or other heavy industry companies.
- Proven good sourcing skills and understanding machine operation principle, materials….
- Good at problem solving and negotiation Good at communication skills with audiences in both Vietnamese and English. Good at Word, Excel, and Powerpoint are required. Integrity, hard-working, high pressure.
