Job Description

Accountabilities & main duties: 1. Management: * Be a member of the Execution Board, in charge of all financial and budget related activities which are based on company business strategy. * Take part in planning as well as supervising the implementation of business strategy, annual and short-term business plans. * Manage and direct activities of Finance Department and all financial staffs. 2. Professional duties: * Develop and implement the long-term financial plan of company based on the cooperate resolution, business development plan and direction of the BOD * Prepare and present corporate financial reports, make P&L forecast monthly, quarterly, semi-annually, and annually. * Analyse financial results to aid decision making * Prepare and implement plans on capital and budget * Control cash flow and ensure company working capital. * Control all cash, investment porfolios and manage company’s assets. * Manage strategy and financial activities, build and maintain good relationship with banks. Represent company when trading with financial institutions. * Prepare budget plan for unexpected expenses. Maintain adequate liquidity and ensure cash flow remains healthy. * Manage and ensure the activities of Financial Department comply with current regulations on financial management and accounting system. Train and coach other staffs and managers. * Implement appropriate internal control activities and financial procedures; make complete, accurate and timely report on any risks, mistakes arising. Responsible for financial risk management. * Coordinate with members of the Board of Directors to efficiently manage assigned tasks that meet all business requirements. * Perform other authorized responsibilities in the absence of the General Director. Authority * Sign on financial, budget plans and other regulations on financial management before submitting to the General Director * Review and submit to the General Director for approval all credit and loan contracts and capital contribution agreements. * Review and approve budget expenditures to ensure all corporate activities comply with the principles of good practices. * Sign to approve all reports related to the responsibilities of the position, * Review and submit to General Director for approval all financial and budget reports. Work relationship: * Report to: Board of Directors, General Director * Manage: Financial Department * Subordinates: 15 * Coordinate with other departments, branches and affiliates

Job Requirements

* Age: 27 – 45 (for male candidate) and under 40 (for female candidate) * Good appearance * Qualification: Bachelor degree in Finance and Accounting. Candidates with MBA, CPA and CFA are preferable. * Experienced in same level at least 3-5 years in big and same category company (capital over 300 billion VND) * Good job related skills. Expert in English and other management softwares. * Good manner. Good working attitude. Team worker.
