Job Description

1. To set up and to make plans to control yearly budget. 2. Establish human resources strategies in accordance with business development strategy of the company and ensure that the operating system runs effectively 3. Establish human resources strategy in order to develop brand value and organizational culture of the company via internal media activities, performance assessment, working attitude, risk management, team work… 4. Build up detailed and periodic action plans on company scale as well as asses working performance. 5. Lead activities related to human resources management including regular activities, say recruit, mark work-points, evaluate salary level…) and responsible for storage, maintenance, security of records, personnel information as well as follow law. 6. Ensures that policies and procedures are clearly communicated and administered in a fair and consistent manner. 7. Build up moral of staff stores for company‘s enhancement by survey 8. Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources programs, and practices. 9. Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; counseling employees and supervisors. 10. Advice leadership on a range of employee issues, manage resource planning and delivery timely and appropriate resourcing solutions for both experience and non – experienced hires. 11. Ensure staff satisfaction level by conducting staff satisfaction survey, exit interviews, etc; providing recommendations for improvements 12. Ensures proper communication is maintained with all employees and that questions and problems are answered and followed through in a timely basis for areas including social insurances, health insurance, payroll taxes, vacation, and holidays. 13. Analyzes hiring and promotional practices to ensure legal compliance and to give a fair judgment to Department Managers/Directors 14. Interacts with CEO/GM on a regular basis about department issues. 15. Prepares human resources annual budget. Responsible to propose and then manage the human resources department budget ensuring proper funding is available for planned projects and deliverable. 16. Supports company values including ethical conduct and high integrity in all actions. 17. Ensure the management of employee recognition programs. 18. Ensure the management of employee incentive schemes. 19. Ensure the management of succession planning training in the company. 20. Ensure the management of company team building programs. 21. To supervise and to manage the performance of Human Resources team. To develop required skills and competencies in accordance with company's development. 22. To design and to manage, facilitate and direct the annual performance development process to ensure that employees' performance is measured effectively and accurately. 23. All other related HR activities

Job Requirements

Knowledge: • Master’s degree in a Human Resources-related field or equivalent experience • Demonstrated knowledge of multiple human resource disciplines (employee relations, performance, recruitment, compensation, training, benefits, incentive, etc.). • Demonstrated knowledge of Vietnamese applicable laws and regulations related to Human Resources and general business practices. Experiences: • At least 3 years in HR Director position and 5 years in HR management-level experience in human resources. • Must be able to handle sensitive/confidential information and situations with diplomacy, patience and tact. • Proven ability to interact with senior level executives, and drive results across all company functions.
