Job Description
• Control the overall management of all aspects of the facility management activities
• In charge of organizing and planning new projects of facility management for factory, office buildings, serviced apartments or shopping malls
• To develop, implement and monitor standard operating procedures for all staff and contractors
• To develop, implement and monitor budgets and financial planning.
• Work closely and build a good relationship with tenants and the landlord alike.
• To carry out project management, income generation or cost reduction initiatives.
• Take an active role in client relationships, able to do business development to pitch and win new properties for Asset Services team.
• Support other projects of Asset Services and activities with your specialized skills, experience and teamwork.
Job Requirements
University degree in property management, hotel management, engineering, or related
• 2-5 years experiences in property or facilities management field. Knowledge of property management and previous experience in managing office buildings, serviced apartments or shopping malls is a must.
• Strong management skills.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
• Experience in dealing with multinational customers and ability to communicate with people in a professional manner.
• Computer literacy.
• Understanding of engineering and technical matters
