In my opinion:
We should compare between "Things" and "Right things" and definite what is "right things" then we can understand Peter Drucked's speech.
When you start and while doing a things, nobody knows your result and could not recognize it will be finished right or wrong. But when you do a right thing, everybody can recognize it immediately because the thing you do are right. This "right thing" is accepted by one or most people and call it "Right thing". "Right thing" is a thing that is defined.
Do thing right or wrong is not defined. The thing will be right or wrong depends on each one's idea.
So: Management is doing things right - non-defined - Only Manager's idea
Leadership is doing the right things - Defined - by crownd.Exam: Leadership will make right chair : The Chair is defined and recognized by a drawing or a sample.
Manager will make chair right: Non-defined right or wrong depending on result and may last for long time.-

From my point of view:
We have to define what's management and leadership? Find out the different between them then easy to comes up an answer.
From my short knowledge : the differentiate between Management and Leaderships is, management is manage somethings, objectives, tasks, schedule or even plan,...but you can't manage people. Leadership is lead people follow up you things, direction, commitment,...
So basically, management had a frame or estimation measure therefore, you have to do things right at the countermeasure has been set up.
Leadership, how to lead others follow you, or a target we want to achieve? Most important thing you have to win the followers heart, to win follower hearts you have to do the right things which can prove to followers that you are right and try to follow something right.(right things are somethings be accepted by conscience countermeasure, human being ethic).
