Should we build and apply BSC (Balances Scorecards) for a Startup Business?

Hi Lam Nguyen, BSC is not a magic wand as if the enterprise has not yet experienced the system and stage management by objectives (MBO) is not enough internal resources to implement the BSC. Therefore, if the business is too small scale or not to establish a vision, clear mission ... or business environment is too volatile such as Securities, Real estate ... is not necessary to apply this model.In this case, MBO management tools will better promote flexibility and versatility.
At the moment, As far as I know, the interested in this model just stop at initial level of understanding. Many business research on BSC because of "curious", "movement", they're not really determined to answer the research question is whether they can fit this model or not.
BSC is a management tool for corporate strategy. Therefore, Businesses will not applied successfully if business leaders do not have the proper orientation and not have good preparation of resources.
