Social insurance benefit claims

• Collect the supporting documents from HRBP/Department to prepare social insurance benefit claims including: sickness, maternity and convalescence stipulated by SIA
• Reconcile monthly payment with record from SIA
• Support others as requested from SIA

Personal Income Tax

• Dependent/tax code registration
• Tax certificate/annual income issuance
• Monthly/Quarterly tax declaration
• Other periodic/ad hoc report as requested by Tax Department

Benefit activity management

• Follow the master C&B calendar, lead the projects on the occasion such as Tet gift, Women day, Children day, Mid-autumn gifts by coordinating with Trade Union and HRBPs
  

New hire/Termination process

Register/deregister a new hire/resigned employee regards:

• Statutory insurances with Social Insurance Authority (SIA)
• Medical insurance under Care program with Marsh (Bao Viet)
• Labor contract, Termination Decision
• Personnel profile document

HRMS Cadena

• Maintain employee data info upon new creation and status change, including uploading documents to HRMS
• Support departments on monthly timesheet processing and ESS

• Archive all C&B related documents
