Job Description
1. Budget controlling:
- Manage & analyze budget including Sales, MKT and Sales force cost in line with ABP or target commitment during the year
- Do monthly reconciliation & prepare monthly/quarterly report with commentaries as required
- Review and verify PR of budget spending, booking and report tracking.
- Follow up budget owner for budget phasing & make sure that it is in line with ABP or target commitment during the year based on SOI structure (Discount, rebate, VAS, A&P)
- Closely work with budget owners for monthly and yearly closing with accrual
2. Operation
- Verify and approve expenses
- Be responsible for the development and implementation of processes and procedures for effective and efficient operations, following BDF compliances
- Follow up sales reports and sales performance
3. Projects and ad-hoc required
Job Requirements
- University degree. MBA or Master degree is preferred
- English fluency
- At least 3 years Working experiences in Management Accounting/Customer Sales Development Finance (in FMCG is preferred)
- Experience and knowledge in personal & skincare would be an advantage
- SAP knowledge would be a plus
- Problem Analysis and Problem Solving
