Job Description

- PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES Sales Assistant Responsibilities.

- Attend and record minutes for weekly/monthly sales meetings

- Assist in the flow of processing all contracts (contracts with hospitals/pharmacies, annex contracts & other kinds of contract); save scanned contracts on shared drive, file hard copies of contracts.

- Register Promotion scheme with Industry & Trade Department.

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales and competitors reports; monthly attendance report of Sales force

- Assist sales managers in tracking monthly sales performance & KPI review for Sales force

- Coordinate with DKSH to make sure all promotion schemes are set up into the system properly.

- Assist sales force & customers to deploy “goods exchange or return” process smoothly and promptly.

- Assist sales force in preparing payment vouchers and checking support documents as well as claim travel allowances.

- Coordinate with DKSH to assure all occurred expenses (display fee, commission, incentives) will be settled promptly for sub-distributors

- Manage free of charge (FOC) goods 

Job Requirements

- At least College graduate or above degree

-At least 3 years administrative assistant experience preferred

- Be fully proficient in all Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, Power Point, especially Excel

- Be friendly, positive, willing to take on additional assignments and tasks

- Be able to work with a variety of personalities and interests

- Possess good interpersonal (oral and written) skills, analytical and organizational skills.
