ENTHUSIASM doesn't work -> Facing the problem with DEGREE and EXPERIENCE!

I graduated from university majoring in Information Technology. My latest position was a General Manager - Hospitality. But after the stories, I've realized that the field on which I can do best with all of my qualifications and enthusiasm is "Human Resources" and "Education and Training". I've decided to leave the position to pursue my passion... I've applied for a position related to HR, but I was denied by the receptionist because I didn't have the required degrees and work experience. I need some advice from you, friends!
