How to contact right customers through Electronic Commercial Websites, such as: Alibaba.com.
I have posted and sent so many open letters and quotations to customers, it is however, I just received a little replies. I wonder that I'd contacted right customers and right ways? Please give me some advices.

First, you need to recognize a fact that the reply rate for an open brochure is very low (Ask your self how often you open/ click then even reply to all kind of mass advertising you receive everyday). Say 5-10% is considered the good rate, you can adjust your expectation from there.
Having said that, I'm sure there's still room for you to improve. Several suggestion for your consideration:
- Who do you send to? How relevant is that group? The clearer you define your target client, the higher open rate you can achieve.
- Ask your client to feedback if your design, marketing message.. is catchy, relevant enough? Ask them how can you improve?
- If you already a gold supplier, request some good client testimonial in your brochure, I'm sure this would help

I have some suggestions for you:
1) First, you should double check if the marketing method that you are using (i.e broadcasting letters) is suitable for your product/service type?? Remember that, for some specific products/services, this way of marketing is useless. In this case, human face-to-face approach is prefered.
2) Second, you need to make sure that the receivers are your target customers. You send to the RIGHT PEOPLE.
3) Third, check whether they get your letters at the RIGHT TIME, they get when they really need information. Time of the week must be considered too. My experience says that Friday is not a good day of the week for letter's arrival (people are quite lazy this day to read it ;-)
4) You should have a website with "easy-to-remember" name. E.g: DuLichGiaRe.com, DuLichKhuyenMai.Com ... are very good manes for a Tourism company. You should do the same thing for your own.
5) A small sticky decal with your website address and Tel phone should be sent together with your marketing letters. Suugest yiur customers to paste the decals on his telephone set or wall. Make sure that they know how to contact you when they need it. A destop calendar with your company info is also a good idea
