    Thanks for hosting this topic. Recently, I have realized that either I am driven by life (the feeling of being hectic by different events of life) or I can drive my own life as a master of my personal journey. These are the two practices that I have been taking.

    1. Giving a silent space for myself: this is the space where I could look within and have different conversations with my own. The other way to look at is a space for listening to my inner voice and care for it. Sometimes, it is simply an inner listening and reflecting. Sometimes, I have made a conversation with my inner child or sometimes just simply mediate like you have done. And it can gain me a balance and recharge my reflective learning and energy among a busy life. It has gained inspiration.

    2. Manage your life in an effective way so that it can give you a balance for the other source of inner peace. As I have shared with you about the practice for inner silence, I have found it challenging often to be really silent for the period of time. I've realized that the voices of the hectic life (work, project, relationship, event) have bugged me a lot. This has happened when we haven't organized our 'out-there' life in a systemic way. I have learned different tools to boost up the efficiency. One tool that I have been practiced and also trained with many people is called Personal Productivity Management. The idea is quite simple when you capture ALL of the things coming to you life in a system, decide what you are going to do about ALL, and organize ALL in a systemic system that is out of your mind and that you can totally trust. Imagine your hectic life is now organized and saved in a systemic and trusted system that can help you to release stress. By doing this, we can have more space for focus, creativity, and the spiritual space for ourselves without any distractions from the hectic life itself.

    Write down your feelings. I try this way myself and find it's useful to release the excess energy. I also do the mediation late at night once or twice per week, do not have a fixed schedule for this.
