Is this the time for investors to come back?

Who are the experts? very easy, they are stock brokers working daily in "research". But obviously they don't get it right most of the time, otherwise they would not be experts giving advice, they would be experts using their own advice to make their own money investing for their own portfolio on the stock market. They are not "thay boi".
Actually the "little secret" is the experts need to say the market is low so that you open a trading account with them and start dealing and buying shares for you so that they can make the commissions on transaction... known as churning in the investment world.

So the 2 channels are to be compared with the 14% bank interest you get for a deposit you can access any time.
Property: if you buy a house for 100,000$ will you get more than 14,000$ in rent to match the 14% the bank would give you? will the gain in property value increase will be enough to compensate to low return?
Share buying: Vinashin, Song Da bankuptcies, banks mergers, Vincom restructuring, stockbrokers to reduce from 100 companies to 25 ideally... all will destroy investor's money, even if you invest 8,000VND for a nominal value of 10,000VND or book value of 15,000VND. A company going bankrupt is 0-zero VND for the investor. The main question before stepping in is who is the CEO you give your money to manage? what will he do with your money? will he grow it or spend it?
Experts should look into figures and advise to invest with trustworthy and able CEO. And knowing people skills and mindset is the most difficult for any investor or financial advisor.
