What are most common mistakes do you think female business leaders usually make?

I just want to say that I think the reason some women don't delegate, and that they hesitate is because they don't want to be seen as overly agressive. So, you see, there are two types of women leaders. Those who are overly agressive (because they don't want to seem weak), and those who have trouble walking in their leadership role (because they don't want to seem overly agressive). So really, the biggest mistale that women leaders make is in placing too much importance on what other's think of them :)

Thinking too much and believing it is a man's world. It is a business world and following what works is best - delegation, good decision making and confidence in decisions. Too often I see a lack of delegation and hesitation to make sound decisions in fear of criticism.

Then again that is a generalization and just like men, there are good female managers and bad female managers.

Trouble with making decision. Many businesswomen have a mindset of scarcity when it comes to their businesses. They believe they lack time, money is scarce, and there aren’t enough customers. They don’t understand that near-term lack infects long-term prosperity. Therefore, make decisions for ther business based on the far-term vision of expansion and growth. Another one is the habit of asking permission too much.

Since woman are usually infected by emotion so These are 2 mistake i think that woman business leaders usually made are:
1. Overestimating the Importance of Price in the Client’s Mind
2. Mis-classifying workers.
3. Family and work balances
