Which IT and English tests do you use most on recruiting?

I suggest for IT you shouldn't request English if the reality that they are not going to using them. Using English requirement as a barrier is the big mistake to miss the high qualify IT man.

We request TOEIC Certificate from our applicants. Total mark is different to each position.

Using an Office suite (word processor, spreadsheet, presentation) is a must skill.
You can use tests found in "Microsoft Office Specialist program" .

However, for your information, minister of MOET has said:
"Tin học chẳng hạn, theo tôi đó là môn học chẳng có gì thú vị, nhưng vì nếu không có tin học thì người ta sẽ không sống được trong cuộc sống hiện đại, vì thế họ phải học. "

I think he means IT in office uses.

I meant IT & English test for general staff. For a fast and easy way, I prefer TOEIC which is not really academic but often used for entrance test.
The exercises of Thanh is really interesting. I'm thinking of how to use it properly.
What about IT tests? Any recommendation?
