Job Description

  • Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson so that they will have accurate view of the market and the company’s future
  • Prepare and implement comprehensive business plans to facilitate achievement by planning cost-effective operations and market development activities
  • Oversee the company’s financial performance, and other business ventures
  • Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
  • Read all submitted reports by lower rank managers to reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems
  • Making periodic sale plan of year/ quarter/ month of the company chain.
  • Deploy product structure, price strategy, distribution channel structure in accordance with the strategic objectives, suitable to the target market of the company.
  • To take responsibility for implementing the plan on goods development in terms of quality, quantity, safe stock ratio, ensuring the consumption demand.
  • Recruiting and training, staffs of the Company.

Job Requirements

  • At least 10 years in managerial position: of which at least 3 years in a position of business management under Home Appliances.
  • Proven experience as Managing Director or other managerial position
  • Thorough knowledge of market changes and forces that influence the company
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills
  • National Sales Manager
  • Sales Executive
  • Marketing Manager/Brand Manager
