How can speak english as wind?

Hi Hien, in my opinion
First of all, to use English well, you should believe in your self, feel confident whenever you use it.
Secondly, while talking please don't try to think your sentences in Vietnamese in your mind first then translate into English later. It takes time and makes you stuck sometime.
Thirdly, Try to use the clearest and most simple sentences.
The last and the most important thing is "learn hard and practice all the time whenever you have chance even practice with yourself"

@Hien: a language club only work if we have frequent offline. Anphabe will soon launch group, you then can lead a club like that and also lead the offline operation. I'm sure w your passion, many people w join.Cheers

Just as an example : in our company we have a funny game --> all employees have to speak english all day long , if anyone of us speak another language, we have to put 2000 VND in a box. So it is a way to get used to speak English and not to be ashame of doing mistakes. The main thing is COMMUNICATE; as long that principle is respected, then you can improve it by watching movies in English / news everyday...
Even i am not an english native, i am trying my best for my coworkers and i : English is spoken everywhere in the world.

@Trung Thuy Phung - That reminded me of something. My group of employees at work are very diverse and many are immigrants. One of the things we learned was to ask what language they think in. It is a question not often asked but if you know that then it makes it easier. One employee speaks English well but thinks in Mandarin. I know to give them more time to convert thoughts to English and also to write things out.

Even with this this person one of the best people I have seen network at a conference. That is the confidence. I went to a conference where about 75 people stayed for a reception. This person would "slide" into a group of two or three people, join the conversation, exchange business cards and slide out to approach another group. In that two hour period she had met all of the people there. I could not have done that as well as they did.
