I am considering a problem of myself. Please give me your pieces of advice!
Last day, i got the information from my director. She said that i will move to work in other position as Executive Payroll. However, i have worked as an accountant before. It caused that there are something changes about human resource in company.
I was very surprised. In case that, if you were me, what will you do?
1. Stopping to work in here and find another job.
2. Continue to work as Executive Payroll
3. Contiunue to work as Excutive Payroll for 3 months until find another job.

Honestly, my company is HR compnay. Payroll is one of department which we are specialize in. However, at the moment, our branch in HCM, there are not much customers. One of staff has pregnancy. I was offer to work in that team to support and share works with her and that team. I don't think i will work here for along time and feel bored. At least is 3 months. I had worked in here near 1 year as an acountant of branch and made accountant service for half year. I saw that it is so difficutl to get promotion in here. Moreover, i have learned ACCA and wanna find a job which can put it into the practice. I think that firstly i will have work in here for 3 months. At the same time, i will find a new jobs.

If you have worked to obtain the ACCA and enjoy accounting I would recommend finding an accounting position that offers an opportunity for upward growth in accounting or finance. If you think you would like the transactional nature of payroll they maybe pursue it. I know for me that I have enjoyed analytic work and have steered clear of transactional roles like payroll, accounts payable, and billing. I say this and work with peers who love transactional services. They find the work I do as being at a higher risk and too variable.
So I guess what I am saying it go iwith your heart - what makes you the happiest.
