Defending of your point-view in working place is the challenge
How to express your opinion, how to be straight without hurting others, espcially your boss. Of course, what I mean is in certain cases, in some debate in which we can not evade or our evasion might lead to consequent. The clever in behavior with colleagues is essential, but the straight is last but not least important. It can affect your job, your prospect in organization. Therefore, each of staff has 2 options : (1) brave to bring out ideas and get unexpected result; (2) too timid to speak up and let the problem / misunderstanding piled up
Somebody said it depends on the culture and environment that company operates. But I can confirm it is TRUE when you are doing business in some Asian countries where the emotion makes up most in behaving and thinking. I got reality experience about it
