    2 Weeks is absolutely not enough to make an action to a habit. Just like what you are sharing now, work really hard for a short time then forget it then working hard again and again... Come a long down theway, I can see that i had wasted a lot of time and resources... now is time to change.
    I would like to share the solution that I am doing now, I know it work for me, hope benefit for anyone who read this thread also.
    1. To turn any action to a habit I need to keep doing it every single days in 30 continuous days
    2. To learn how to get the aggressive goal, first I am trying to learn with easy goal. Do it until you finished the goal completely. Every day I am practice to do anything ( easy goal ) from beginning until finish, today is my 14th day of practice. Hopefully 2012 lunar new year will be my fist goal to convert this being my habit.

    Vâng, có tinh thần bởi vì CON NGƯỜI sinh ra không có kỷ luật. Máy móc thì có kỷ luật. Động lực kéo dài chỉ có thể được duy trì giấc mơ hay mục tiêu cao hơn.

    Có 3 mục tiêu:

    1 - Tôi đến văn phòng và làm việc 8 giờ nghỉ giải lao ít hơn tối đa là 3 phút và tối đa 1 giờ ăn trưa

    2 - Tôi đạt được 30% ngân sách của tôi làm việc hiệu quả hơn.

    3 - Nếu tôi đi làm việc và đạt được một mục tiêu 30% và tôi có thể đưa gia đình tôi đi nghỉ những ngày nghỉ mơ ước ở California và nếu tôi bán hàng cực tốt (có nghĩa là tôi thực hiện mục tiêu của tôi một cách dễ dàng), tôi có thể tự do tìm một công việc mới bất cứ lúc nào , bất cứ nơi nào, tại bất kỳ công ty nào thậm chí bắt đầu một trong những công việc của riêng tôi, tự mở công ty riêng.

    Tôi đã thử nghiệm tại phòng tập thể dục để giảm cân, giữ cho cơ thể không tăng cân, giữ sự “trẻ trung" vv .. đây là những gì mọi người nói với bạn khi bạn về già. Tôi cài nhạc để chạy đến 30 phút sau đó bắt đầu để chạy với độ phân giải khác nhau 3 ở 3 thời điểm khác nhau:

    1 - để chạy dài nhất: sau 30 phút chạy 6,7 dặm

    2 - để có được một tỷ lệ trung tâm tim mạch thấp hơn 130 (thay vì hiện tại 150): 7,9 dặm

    3 - để giữ cho phù hợp mà tôi có thể sống lâu hơn và tận hưởng cuộc sống / tiền bạc và thể thao với con cái của tôi miễn là cơ thể của tôi là phù hợp với: 10,7 dặm.

    Mục tiêu # 3 là tinh thần nó giữ tinh thần của bạn và chiến đấu tất cả các thời gian, bất cứ lúc nào và quan trọng nhất là bạn có ý thức và vô thức biết lý do tại sao bạn đang làm tất cả những điều này!

    You need to go Spiritual!
    Yes spiritual because Human are not made for discipline. Machines are. Motivation that lasts can only be sustained by dream or a higher goal.
    Take 3 goals:
    1- I come to the office and work 8 hours taking less breaks maximum 3 and maximum 1 hour lunch
    2- I achieve my budget +30% working more efficiently.
    3- If I go to work and get on target a +30% and I can offer my family the dream holidays in California and if I master sales (means I make my target easily) I am a free to find a job at any time, anywhere, at any company even start my own one confident that I master sales.
    Obviously #3 will make you wake up and work late easier.
    I tested it at the gym to lose weight, keep fit, keep "looking young" etc... this is what people tell you when you get older. I set the running band to 30 minutes then start to run with 3 different resolution at 3 different times:
    1- to run the longest: after 30 minutes running 6.7 miles
    2- to get a lower cardio heart rate of 130 (instead of current 150): 7.9 miles
    3- to keep fit so that I can live longer and enjoy life/money and sports with my children as long as my body is fit: 10.7 miles.
    Goal #3 is spiritual it keeps your spirit high and fighting all the time, any time and most importantly you consciously and unconsciously know why you are doing all this!
    This is exactly what "charismatic CEO" get from their team, a purpose for running hard and far.

    NB. Of course, planning your big spiritual goals into small daily action that you can focus on doing helps. It could be meeting 2 client/day, running 2 times/week, reading 1 chapter of book/day etc... the routine to your dream.

    For me, for new year resolution, I usually choose different resolutions to keep extending my comfort zone in different ways cause like Hoa and Pascal, I believe extending comfort zone = extending WEALTH ZONE.

    My 2012 resolution would be:
    1. Every weekend is a home cooking show (I'm good at cooking and cook frequently, I want to bring this even to the next level of creativity, diversity and performance)
    2. Consistently share, talk, open to challenge from people I trust to keep sharpen my business model (So far I've work mostly alone on this)
    3. Evaluate, take lesson and practice to improve my hosting skill after each Anphabe TV show (this would be a long journey yet I've learned hugely after each show)

    And my tip for making any other resolution become real is like Hoa: DISCIPLINE to do it as the frequency that you have put initially. For instant my frequent would be: cooking EVERY weekend; a learning session EVERY month after the old show and before the new show; 1 "strategy" lunch or coffee or meeting with team, expert, client.. EVERY week!

    My resolution for the new year is forming boundaries between work and my personal life. I have committed a lot to my career and am looking to strengthen my personal and social life. The question of how to maintain that resolution has to do with how much I want the benefit from the resolution. Some people resolve to lose 20 KG and get a "six pack" abdomen but the desire has to be strong. They have to want to have the "six pack" enough to continually work out and watch what they eat.

    Like the six pack abdomen, I want to get more out of my personal and social life. and firming up boundaries is key to achieving that.
