What do they think about training courses based on sustainability business.

We are offering courses in leadership development and the biggest issue is the ability to sell seats - at least for us. When you start something like this, you either have an existing partner interested in the topic and willing to buy the first 5 courses form you, or you will have to work extremely hard to get the first 5 courses filled. I am saying the first 5 courses because that is what it typically takes to generate enough revenue to higher professional marketing and sales help. I have found that you can either concentrate on content development/refinement and delivery, or on marketing & sales. Trying to do both is killing you for the time needed but also splits your focus. I am best in facilitation and working with clients. If that is true for you, you hopefully find a client at the start willing to buy form you or you have a marketing & sales person willing to work for you. I offer 20% sales commission because I know how hard it is to be successful in that profession. That allows me to concentrate on the content and delivery.
