Opportunities for stress exist everywhere. It is how you manage those opportunities that is important. One of the best tools is Covey's quadrants. An example is here: http://www.successfully-starting-an-online-business.com/time-management-...
This is the simplest tool and what is important is not spending too much time on it. You can get a piece of paper and write everything down. The important thing it to set the priorities in the quadrants and pick the ones you need to work on or delegate. The important thing is forgetting. That means if it is not what is important for you to work on you need to set it aside and forget it. We can only work on so many things at one time and if we try to do too many things at once we will fail to deliver what is needed within the time frame needed. We will fail at everything. If you want stress just set deadlines for too many things at the same time.
Another thing is that we have to be flexible. If we select two things to focus on and neither seem to be working out well, then look at an alternative. Think "outside the box" beyond those two things. Not many things are straight and easy to follow roads. We need to adjust and adopt to new situations and surroundings. My work schedule is packed when I start my week and I am guaranteed to change half my meetings based on how the landscape changes through the week.
Lastly one of my favorite sayings is "Oh Well" - that is not a failure but a recognition that something I really wanted has past. Say I was to get to an important meeting and no matter what I am going to bee late. I say Oh Well. That helps me release the stress that I am late for the meeting - forgetting the problem I can not resolve. I regain my composure and think about the next thing I will do. Maybe how I will approach everyone when I arrive late at the meeting and turn it into a positive event.
Of course if you say Oh Well too often you are not going to be successful! But have that as a quick release to allow yourself to get back on track. The best pitchers in baseball practice very often and critically review their games. But the best pitchers in baseball also forget instantly. One pitcher may hit the batter and not be able to pitch well for the rest of the game, thinking about the batter they hit. The best pitchers say Oh Well and instantly forget they hit the batter so when they prepare to throw to the next batter they have no concerns.

Hi Hoa., I think there are many ways that able to help you to reduce the stress at work and preventing you from being stressed such as prioritizing and organizing your work, by using improving emotional intelligence method, breaking bad habits, you can explore more on Google :)... but that fact that we’re will never able to prevent it’s completely. How to face it and keep a healthy life and work that more importance for me.
In order to do so, At least you need to know how to recognize that you are being stressed. When you feel overwhelmed at work, you lose confidence and may become irritable or withdrawn. This can make you less productive and less effective in your job, and make the work seem less rewarding. If you ignore the warning signs of work stress, they can lead to bigger problems for sure :). Whenever you:
- Feeling anxious, irritable, or depressed
- Apathy, loss of interest in work
- Problems sleeping
- Fatigue
- Trouble concentrating
- Muscle tension or headaches
- Stomach problems
- Social withdrawal
- Loss of sex drive
- Using alcohol or drugs to cope....
Beware that you are being stressed; in this situation you should know how to take care your personal life, or adversely impacts your health, it’s time to take action.
Start by paying attention to your physical and emotional health. When your own needs are taken care of, you’re stronger and more resilient to stress. The better you feel, the better equipped you’ll be to manage work stress without becoming overwhelmed.
Taking care of yourself doesn’t require a total lifestyle overhaul. Even small things can lift your mood, increase your energy, and make you feel like you’re back in the driver’s seat. Take things one step at a time, and as you make more positive lifestyle choices, you’ll soon notice a reduction in your stress levels, both at home and at work.
1. You should take enough sleep every single day.
Not only can stress and worry can cause insomnia, but a lack of sleep can leave you vulnerable to even more stress. When you're well-rested, it's much easier to keep your emotional balance, a key factor in coping with job and workplace stress
2. Physical exercise or Aerobic exercise.
Activity that raises your heart rate and makes you sweat—is a hugely effective way to lift your mood, increase energy, sharpen focus, and relax both the mind and body. For maximum stress relief, try to get at least 30 minutes of heart-pounding activity on most days. If it’s easier to fit into your schedule, break up the activity into two or three shorter segments.

Can you please share with us what you have tried to overcome the stress at work? Some people seem to complain all the time but never really try to do anything in reality to improve the situation. They tend to think of it so much that they cannot spare some time to take any action for real. Every problem has methods to resolve.
