Should we do business with our close friends? For example, establishing a company.

I had 2 experiences about close freinds did business 8 years before to share:
1. 3 of my Hight School close friends opened printing company.The first month was operated smoothly. 2 months later their company closed. The main reasons, there were 3 owners, leaders... in one company
2. 4 of my College Close freinds opened Tutor Center. Each friend was in charge of each work, each friend had diffirent and separate role, investment ...Until now their center is not big center, but they are still close freinds and get profit.
So, I think we can do business with all partners in case we do clear and separate right, responsibility, income, investment, beleft... and should be one highest leader ONLY.

I also had experience doing business with my close friend. Unfortunaterly that was a sad memory. We are three of us and we are close friend from secondary school. From beggining we though nothing could separate us and doing business together is the best idea. After one year we lost each other ( temporary for three years). Now very lucky, we still friend but we know we will never make that mistake ever again.
Doing business together We found out that we dont know each other at all even we are close friend for over 10 years. When you are friend you usually have fun together and tend to be more easy to forgive each other's mistake. Thing change since your business is not fun thing, it is your mind, your desire, your dream and your money.

I do not know why you should not start a biz with a friend?

You have a bad experience? Ask yourself first? May be you choose a wrong friend to start with? In that case, blame yourself!

The most important thing when you start a biz, with friend, family, colleagues, whoever is that... BUILD YOUR COMPANY BASE ON THE LAW that everyone have to follow! That will clear all the responsibility, rights and goals as well as the shares in the future!

Khi đó mọi hành động đều vì lợi ích của công ty và phải dẹp bỏ cái tôi của từng người khi có xung đột xảy ra.
